Resistance' Factions: Gaza Doesn't Surrender to Blackmail

Aug 22, 2021 09:00 am

The Palestinian national and Islamic factions in the Gaza Strip shouldered the Israeli occupation and the international community the responsibility of the sufferings of the Palestinians in the Strip due to the closure of the crossings, starvation policies and ongoing siege.

Jameel Mezher, member in the Political Bureau of the Popular Front, said during the commemoration ceremony of the burning of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa held in Malaka Camp in east Gaza that Gaza does not surrender to blackmail, and that such policy would not break the will of the Palestinian people nor will it achieve its goals.

Mezher stressed the unity of the Palestinian people and said that no part of Palestine would be solely attacked, and that Al-Quds Sword was not and will not be sheathed. Any attack against any part of Palestine would be deemed an attack against Palestine as a whole, so the resistance in Gaza, in diaspora, in the West Bank and anywhere else have the right to respond.

He also emphasized the importance of the Palestinian Authority's separation from the occupation, hence liberating the national institution from the international Quartet's conditions through abandoning Oslo and its implications.
