Saeed Zeidan, Deir Istiya mayor, said that some settlers seized lands in west Salfit and placed their caravans there after chasing down farmers out of their lands in the city. Zeidan said that the area is under the threat of the settlement project and seizure.  

Settlers also set fire to lots of olive trees in Burin in south Nablus according to Ghassan Daghlas.

He clarified that the assaults increased after a tent that was forcibly installed by the settlers was removed. He said it was not the first time for a settlers' tent to be removed, and every time this happens they assault the Palestinians' lands and burn their trees.

The total number of burned trees reached 600.
