Fakhry Abu Diab, the researcher of Al-Quds’ Affairs, revealed a tunnel and excavation works  that are being made by El’ad settlement association with the help of the Israeli occupation’s government under Silwan towards Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and the old town of Al-Quds. 

He said that this tunnel will be connected with the network of tunnels excavated under Al-Aqsa for long years. He noted that 26 Israeli tunnels are excavated under Silwan towards Al-Aqsa to implement a plan aims at changing the Islamic and Arab identity of Al-Quds.

He also added that the occupation justifies the excavations by saying that it searches the remains of first and second alleged temples. 

He also said that during the excavations, they transfer big mounts of sand, rocks and stones into unknown places or Israeli museums, or restore them and make them Hebrew symbols to stimulate fake myths.
