The Sunday Telegraph newspaper published statements issued by Mike Pompeo, the former US foreign minister, about the Saudi Arabia's conditions to normalize its relations with the Israeli occupation during an interview conducted with him by James Rothwell, the correspondent of the newspaper,  

Pompeo said that Saudi Arabia needs big security guarantees from the US administration that it will protect it from Iran.

He called on the US administration to be strict with Iran and adopt a serious position towards the groups supported by Isran in the region such as the Hothi movement in Yemen, as a way to ease the normalization of relations between the occupation and Saudi Arabia. 

He also noted that no agreement will be reached between Saudi Arabia and the Israeli occupation until the US adopts a serious position from the groups supported by Iran.
