Jawad Poles, an attorney, said that the prisoner Meqdad Al-Qawasmeh, who has been on hunger strike for 90 days in Kaplan Medical Center, was transferred to the intensive care section after a deterioration in his situation.
The Israeli occupation prisons’ administration also transferred Alaa Al-A’raj, who has been on hunger strike for 73 days, and Hesham Abu Hawwash, who has been on hunger strike for 64 days, from Al-Ramla prisons’ clinic to one of the civil hospitals belonging to the Israeli occupation after their health situation had severely deteriorated.
Prisoner’s Club reported that Al-Qawasmeh faces the risk of sudden death as his symptoms confirm a serious deterioration in his nervous system, which might cause serious brain damage.
The Israeli occupation’s court refused to freeze the administrative detention of the prisoner Alaa Al-A’raj even though his situation is very serious.
Those three prisoners are among the six prisoners who continue their open hunger strike in rejection of their administrative detention.
