The UN General Assembly held a session to discuss Article 39 entitled, “Palestinian Issue.” Riyad Mansour, the permanent observer of Palestine to the United Nations, stressed the UN’s responsibility towards Palestine, as it is the reason behind Palestine Partition (1947).
