The website of the official news agency WAFA said that settlers carried out a provocative march on the streets of the Old City of occupied Jerusalem, for the fifth day of the so - called "Feast of Light," amid an intense deployment of Israeli occupation soldiers.

The site explained that the occupying forces forced the owners of the shops in the Old Town to close their shops, in conjunction with the march, and the march was preceded by provocative dances for dozens of settlers, as well as performance of Talmudic rituals at the iron door, one of the doors of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The occupying forces also assaulted a young man, arrested others and checked the identities of passers-by during the provocations of the settlers.
