Egyptian resources for the New Arab newspaper reported that President Mahmoud Abbas asked his counterpart the President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi to force Hamas and the Islamic Jihad to calm the situations in the West Bank after he had promised Benny Gantz to control them.
