Hazem Qassem, the spokesman of Hamas, said that the Egyptian delegation that entered Gaza yesterday consisted of security and engineering memebrs. 

The engineering staff came to follow up with the reconstruction projects in Gaza, while the security one came to meet the Palestinian forces to discuss several files, mainly the possible ways to alleviate the worsening humanitarian consitions on Gaza due to the Israeli blockade.
