The commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affaires said that the Palestinian Prisoners Movement declared a state of general alert and dissolved itself tomorrow.
In a press release, the commission explained that the Occupation Prison Administration had reneged on understandings concluded with the leadership of the Palestinian Prisoners Movement, after six prisoners had been able to take their liberty from Gilboa prison. The Occupation Prison Administration had imposed new sanctions against prisoners affecting their daily lives, prompting the movement to decide to dissolve itself in response.
