The Word Bank has announced that it would provide a 3.75$ grant to support the Ministry of Health to combat COVID19 in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip.

The Bank stated that the grant is aimed at sustaining basic health services and strengthening their resilience, particularly the Coronavirus pandemic. The Bank added that the grant was a contribution from the World Bank-administered Multi-Donor Trust Fund, a flexible rapid funding mechanism, to support countries in combating and preventing epidemics.
