The Occupation's Municipality in the occupied Al-Quds has allocated 1 billion shekels to connect settlements, east Al-Quds, western neighborhoods of the city, with the Public transport network and light train within the settlement projects to devote the "Israelization" in the city.

The Occupation's Municipality allocated 44 million shekels to provide a warehouse for this light train line, and allocated also 27 million shekels to construct a road connecting the Hebrew University building east Al-Quds with the University building west Al-Quds.
