The Palestinian have revealed a settlement output plan that settlers plan to set up near Islamic cemeteries in Arraba in the occupied Palestinian interior in 1948.

This move was preceded by the settlers' attempt to rent and purchase land and houses, and other attempts to control the area around the cemetery, where they claim to be the grave of a Jewish rabbi.

The people in Arabba revealed that there was construction work for the settlers within part of the Muslim cemetery in the town, which was intended to set up a toilet for the settlers. Settlement associations also planned to establish a garden for the settlers within 30 meters of the cemetery to perform their Talmudic rites.
