Human rights activist Arif Dragma said that the occupation government imposed heavy fines on the residents of Khirbet Ras Al-Ahmar, in the northern Jorden Valley, to restore their vehicles and equipment seized.

Dragma added that the value of the fines was estimated at 21 000 shekels for the restitution of their vehicles and agricultural tractors seized by the occupation about three months earlier, which exceeded 20 vehicles.
