The occupation government endorsed the establishment of two new settlements for the Haredim and secular communities in the occupied Palestinian Negev.

Local sources reported that the the plan of the occupation government aimed to establish a Saredi settlement in Arad town and outskirts of Arab Kasyifah town, as part of Israeli shooting policies to prevent and surround the expansion of Palestinian towns and cities by the Negev.

 The Government has also endorsed the five-year plan for the occupied Negev by claiming the development of the Bedouin society, which will allow violations against the Negev people to continue through house demolitions and the bulldozing and confiscation of land.
