A general strike in Rahat, in the occupied Palestinian Negev, in protest against the killing Sanad Salem Al-Herbid, 27, was shot dead by members of the "colonists" unit of the occupation police.

The Supreme Steering Committee of the Negev called for participating in the funeral of Al-Herbid. The committee demanded an investigation into the field execution of the martyr and the prosecution of the murderers, where he was killed in cold blood. 

Last night, the Supreme Steering Committee of the Arab Negev held an emergency meeting in Rahat, following the martyrdom of Sanad Al-Herbidو the father of children, with no criminal record, where he was murdered in cold blood, prevented from being helped and left to bleed to death.
