Events commemorating Land Day launched in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Negev, with broad popular participation.

During the festival on Malaka camp of the Eastern Province of Khanyouns,  the National Commission called for support for the Palestinian people in the occupied interior and for a stand-off against the ethnic cleansing practised by the occupation against the Palestinians, especially the Negev.

In the occupied Al-Arakib village in Negev, the first events started with the broad participation of residents of the occupied Palestinian interior in 1948 and planted olive seedlings. 

According to the data of last year, the occupation demolishes a house in the Negev every six hours.
