The participants in the Summit of Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the Negev in occupied southern Palestine in 1948 decided to transform the Summit into an annual meeting.
According to Israeli newspaper Yedayat Ahronot, the summit includes Bahrain, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, as well as Morocco, which coincided with the Fefayaan Al-Khadirah operation.
The newspaper reported that the foreign ministers condemned the operation and stated that they stood by the entity in the face of the attacks, which they called "terrorist."
