A Hamas delegation led by Ismail Haniya, the head of the movement's political office, met with Al-Sheik Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Al Thani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers, and the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Qatar.

The Movement delegation reviewed the latest developments relating to the Palestinian issue, the escalation of occupation in the occupied West Bank, the killings carried out by the occupation against Palestinians, most recently yesterday in Jenin. The Movement delegation referred to the conditions of detainees in prisons, the siege of the Gaza Strip and attempts to Judaize Al-Quds.
