Young Raad Hazem was the executor of Operation Dizengov in Tel Aviv, who was martyred during an armed clash in the city of Jaffa, after hours of pursuit, following a fedayeen operation carried out on Thursday evening, which resulted in 3 settlers killed and 15 others injured.
