The Israeli newspaper Yedayat Ahronot reported that the occupation security instituation is currently focusing on maintaining calm in the Gaza Strip, occupied Al-Quds, other areas of the occupied West Bank and among Palestinians inside the occupied Palestinian territory in 1948.
The newspaper added that the instituation was working to isolate events in the northern West Bank, especially in Jenin, from other Palestinian areas and to prevent any events taking place there from spilling over into other friction zones.
According to the newspaper, one of the problems that the security institution seeks to solve is the operational behavior that emerged during the recent operation of command and control of the area and the lack of coordination between the police, the Shin Bet and the army's special units.
