The occupation‘Supreme Court’ in occupied Al-Quds rejected an appeal filed, by the families of 12 residential compounds in Musafar Yatta in southern Hebron, against the announcement of this area as “fire shooting areas” and the demolition and displacement of 4000 citizens.

The head of the village council of Musafar Yatta, Nedal Younis, said that the occupation court issued a decision that rejects the appeal filed by the families against the decisions that states on the complete closure of the village, the announcement of more than 30000 dunums as ‘fire shooting areas.’ He added tht the court does give attention that the area is full of population, and neglects all legal laws.
