The Central Court of the Israeli Occupation reversed a decision by the Magistrate's Court days earlier to allow settlers to perform Telmudical rites in the courtyards of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa.
The Central Court justified its decision on the considerable sensitivity and gravity of all matters relating to Al-Aqsa. The court stated that there was no justification for the former court to interfere with the police's powers over prayer arrangements in Al-Aqsa Square.
