Administrative Prisoners Continue to Boycott Occupation Courts

Jun 24, 2022 11:13 am

Some 500 administrative detainees continue to boycott the Israeli occupation courts for the 174th consecutive day, rejecting the policy of administrative detention.

The boycott of the occupation courts constitutes a confusion with the administration of the occupation's prisons and contributes to the familiarization of foreign delegations visiting prisons every time with the issue of administrative detention, highlighting it and transmitting it to the world.

The occupation authorities usually take punitive measures against detainees interrupted by their courts, such as denial of access and renewed administrative detention.

The administrative detainees had taken a collective position by declaring the comprehensive and final boycott of all judicial proceedings relating to administrative detention (judicial review, appeal, supreme).
