Middle East newspaper reported that the obstacle to the prisoner exchange deal between the Palestinian resistance and the Israeli occupation is the latter’s rejection to release the old prisoners. 

The spokesman of the military wing of Hamas confirmed that the health of one the Israeli captives has deteriorated. However, the occupation considered the announcement as a part of psychological welfare started by Hamas. The newspaper also added that the Israeli occupation tended to Egypt to make sure of the information, yet Al-Qassam published a video for the captive to ensure what it has announced. 

The occupation claimed that the prisoner is a civilian not a soldier, yet Al-Qassam presented in the video the captive’s transport card which confirms that he is a soldier.
