Israeli occupation army spokesman Ran Koukhav said that the search of the bullet that killed journalist Shireen Abu Aqleh would take place in the presence of a representative of the Israeli occupation.
Speaking to the Army Radio, Koukhav explained that the screening will be conducted by Israelis amid an American presence, and claimed: "If we kill her, we will take the responsibility and regret it."
This came after the Palestinian Authority bowed to pressure from US President Joe Biden's administration, and handed over the bullet that assassinated journalist Shirin Abu Aqleh to Washington, while covering an incursion into the occupation army in the occupied West Bank, city of Jenin on 11 May.
