Deputy of Ministry of Public Works and Housing Naji Sarhan said that the reconstruction process in Gaza is working well, but it is somehow slow due to several reasons. 

Sarhan mentioned that the Israeli occupation, the Palestinian Authority, the Palestinian division, and the non-avaiablity of money ledto the delay of reconstruction. He also noted that the Israeli occupation continues to delay the reconstruction process, as it practices pressures to disrupt the arrival of funds, the PA does not intervene, and the Arab nations do not provide any support for the process. 

He also reported that 700 out of 1700 units, which were destroyed during the 2021 Israeli aggression on Gaza, were reconstructed.
