In a petition to the Israeli Supreme Court, the so-called “Union of Temple Organizations” demanded that they be allowed to blow the trumpet at al-Aqsa on “Rosh Hashanah,” which marks the Monday and Tuesday of this month, September 26 and 27.
In a related context, they asked to be allowed to introduce “vegetable throne offerings,” also known as “four varieties,” including citrus, palm fronds, willow branches and “myrtle” roses, during the biblical “Sukkot,” which extends between upcoming Oct 10 until Oct 17. In addition to their demand to bring “holy prayer tools.”
This petition is an attempt to introduce more preliminaries that the occupation government tries to use for more biblical rituals in al-Aqsa during the Jewish feasts.
