During confrontations with Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, two young men were shot and hundreds of others were asphyxiated.
Sources: One of the two men who were shot with bullets was shot straight in the head and taken to the hospital, while dozens of others asphyxiated as a result of the IOF firing poison gas canisters.
Confrontations erupted in the town between the young men and the IOF, with the occupation soldiers firing bullets and tear gas canisters. The occupation soldiers also stormed many houses, climbed onto their rooftops, and closed the town's iron gate.
