The Israeli occupation army continues its genocidal war against the Gaza Strip for the 579th consecutive day, amid a suffocating siege that has caused a humanitarian catastrophe.
In the early hours of the morning, the occupation committed a new massacre in the center of Khan Younis in the southern part of the Strip, killing and injuring dozens, including eight members of a single family, in an airstrike targeting a residential neighborhood.
This massacre came just hours after the bombing of the "Abu Hmeisa" school, which was sheltering displaced people in the central area of the Strip, resulting in the martyrdom of 22 Palestinians, including 11 children.
On the humanitarian level, warnings continue about the imminent collapse of the healthcare system. The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that all hospitals are at risk of shutting down within hours due to a complete fuel shortage. Meanwhile, famine is spreading among the population, causing malnutrition for dozens as the occupation has prevented the entry of any food supplies for the past two months.
