Israeli sources announced that a number of soldiers were injured in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

The sources explained that several soldiers were wounded, some of them seriously, as a result of a security incident in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood. A military helicopter evacuated the injured soldiers to Tel Hashomer Hospital near Tel Aviv.

The Israeli occupation army continues its aggression on the Gaza Strip after withdrawing from the ceasefire agreement since March 18, following the end of the first phase of the agreement, which lasted 50 days.
