World Health Organization (WHO) spokesperson Margaret Harris stated that "the health system in Gaza has not witnessed any transfer of aid."
Harris explained that the organization's supplies are reaching the health facilities they were intended for, but emphasized that the issue is not about the failure of delivery—rather, it is about aid being prevented from entering. Medical supplies and medications are running out rapidly, due to the dire living conditions and ongoing bombardment.
She pointed out that over 10,500 patients in Gaza urgently need medical evacuation, including 4,000 children. However, since the resumption of the genocide on March 18, only 122 patients have been evacuated.
The occupation forces closed the crossings into the Strip on March 2, blocking the entry of all humanitarian, food, and medical aid.
