The Israeli occupation committed horrific massacres against civilians in the city of Beit Lahia and Jabalia refugee camp, resulting in the martyrdom of more than 100 people, with dozens still missing.
Medical sources reported that the number of martyrs is expected to rise due to the ongoing Israeli air, land, and sea assaults. The situation is further complicated by the difficulty in reaching many of the martyrs and injured who are trapped under the rubble, as Israeli forces continue to target emergency and rescue teams.
The director of Al-Awda Hospital in Tel al-Zaatar stated that medical services in the northern part of the Gaza Strip have come to a halt, except for Al-Awda Hospital and the Indonesian Hospital.
Several civilians were killed by Israeli artillery shelling in Beit Lahia while they were fleeing, and Israeli warplanes launched airstrikes on Deir al-Balah in central Gaza and on al-Qarara in Khan Yunis, leading to additional casualties.
