Israel’s Channel 12 revealed the true number of Israeli occupation army casualties in the ongoing battles in the Gaza Strip during the past week—a figure not disclosed by the army spokesperson on official platforms.

According to the channel's correspondent, the army suffered 20 fatalities in Gaza combat operations over the last week, despite the military officially announcing only 9 deaths.

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant did not deny the reported number, stating that this is the longest war in the history of the state and that it will not end until certain conditions are met, including the recovery of captives and an agreement on the "day after."
