The Ministry of Interior and National Security in Gaza stated that the Israeli occupation’s demolition of the remaining residential buildings and facilities in Gaza City is part of a plan to displace and uproot the city’s residents, forcing them into displacement after its threats and psychological warfare against them failed in recent weeks.

The ministry warned against the occupation’s claims that residential towers and civilian facilities are being used for military purposes, stressing that such allegations are false, baseless, and only aimed at misleading public opinion and justifying its crimes against civilians.

It also called on the residents of Gaza City to beware of the occupation’s deception regarding so-called “humanitarian safe zones” in the south of the Strip, emphasizing that not a day passes without these areas being targeted, with tents of displaced people bombed and children and women killed.
