The Global Fleet of Steadfastness to break the blockade on Gaza has reached Tunisian shores ahead of its departure to the Strip, despite threats from the Israeli occupation.
Last Monday, around 20 ships set sail as part of the global fleet from the port of Barcelona, Spain. The fleet includes the Freedom Flotilla Coalition, the Global Gaza Movement, the Caravan of Steadfastness, and the Malaysian organization Sumud Nusantara, bringing together thousands of activists from 44 countries.
Activists stressed that any threats or escalation by the Israeli occupation will not deter them from continuing their journey, affirming that the blockade is no longer merely a Palestinian issue, but a battle of global conscience that requires broad humanitarian participation.
