The Israeli occupation authorities have issued new land seizure orders targeting Palestinian-owned lands in the town of Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, in favor of the occupation municipality.
The Jerusalem Governorate explained that 140 dunams of land in Anata have been slated for confiscation, with the aim of establishing parking lots and expanding roads leading to the “Ma’ale Adumim” settlement. This move comes as part of the ongoing completion of the “E1” settlement project.
