Israeli media revealed that the Israeli occupation army has expanded its military operations in northern Gaza over the past two days, in a move that could pave the way for a new division of the Strip.

According to the Israeli website Walla, Israeli forces have reached two key centers along the Gaza coast—one in the Al-Rimal neighborhood in central Gaza City, and the other in Al-Shati refugee camp. This incursion is part of a broader plan aimed at seizing control of Gaza City, backed by tanks and infantry forces that Israel has deployed along Al-Nasr Street in parallel with its operations in the camp.

Estimates indicate that these moves could lead to splitting the northern part of the Strip into two sections.
