The Islamic Waqf Department in occupied Jerusalem reported that a number of settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque through the Moroccan Gate under heavy protection from Israeli occupation police, conducting provocative tours in its courtyards.

It explained that the settlers performed Talmudic rituals and prayers in the eastern area of the mosque, while occupation forces tightened their military measures at its gates and restricted the entry of worshippers.

Extremist “Temple” groups announced that 58,310 settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque during the past Hebrew year, spanning from October 3, 2024, to September 22, 2025—an increase of 14% compared to the previous year, which recorded 51,223 incursions.
