Mohammed Al-Mughair, Director of the Humanitarian Support and International Relations Department at the Civil Defense in Gaza, said that the occupation deliberately disrupts the humanitarian service they provide to citizens.

He added that “the occupation is increasing pressure on us in the northern Gaza Strip by preventing the supply of fuel needed to operate rescue and firefighting vehicles and equipment.”

He stressed that this affects the level of humanitarian intervention, putting them in a recurring crisis that costs lives, noting that the available fuel barely allows their vehicles to run for a limited number of missions.
