Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Telegram that the Israeli army will remain in most parts of Gaza, after he gave his approval to the "peace" plan announced by US President Donald Trump.
He added that he did not agree to the establishment of a Palestinian state, nor was it mentioned in the agreement.
Trump had announced Netanyahu's approval of the peace proposal and an end to the war in Gaza.
In the same context, Reuters reported that the Prime Minister of Qatar and the head of Egyptian intelligence briefed Hamas on US President Donald Trump's 20-point plan for Gaza. Hamas responded that it would study the plan in good faith and would provide a response.
