The International Committee to Break the Siege on Gaza stated that a number of activists from the Global “Sumud Flotilla,” who are being illegally detained by Israel, have declared an open-ended hunger strike.
On Friday morning, the Flotilla to Break the Siege on Gaza announced that Israeli occupation forces had attacked all 42 ships carrying humanitarian aid and volunteers.
International organizations, including Amnesty International, called for protection of the Flotilla, while the United Nations affirmed that the assault on it was “unacceptable.”
