The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip stated that the Israeli occupation is turning 77 children into orphans every day since the beginning of the genocide against the Strip.

In a statement, the office explained that each day, the occupation also turns 29 married women into widows and causes 16 pregnant women to miscarry due to the ongoing genocide.

Multiple times, local, international, and UN reports have warned of the catastrophic consequences of the ongoing genocide on the social fabric of Gaza—especially on children.
