Israel's public radio reported that diplomatic contacts, led by Washington, are ongoing to form an international security stabilization force to be deployed in the Gaza Strip after reaching a final agreement on post-war arrangements.
According to Western sources familiar with consultations, the force—referred to as the ISF—will consist solely of soldiers from Arab and Islamic countries, while Western nations will be excluded from deployment inside the Strip. The force's headquarters will reportedly be located at the U.S. joint base in southern occupied Palestine.
