Israeli sources have stated that Washington will play a "partial" role in the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.

According to Israel’s Channel 12, unnamed Israeli sources said, "This is not about transferring authority or responsibility from Israel to the Americans. Rather, Washington will be part of formulating and implementing coordination, monitoring, and oversight mechanisms related to humanitarian aid, in full cooperation with Israeli security agencies."

Meanwhile, there has been no change in the occupation’s policy regarding the entry of dual-use equipment (both civilian and military) into the Strip.
