A child was killed after an explosive remnant of war left by the Israeli occupation detonated in Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

A UN organization said that clearing the Gaza Strip of unexploded ordnance resulting from the Israeli war could take between 20 and 30 years, describing the Strip as an “open minefield.”
