A seven-day-old infant died of chilling weather in Deir Al-Balah, central Gaza. 

This rises the number of “cold victims” to four children, while 19 persons were killed due to collapsing buildings.

Official bodies in Gaza have warned of the worsening living conditions endured by Palestinians living in tents—flooded by rainwater—amidst repeated strong weather conditions and the lack of any heating means, which might increase the risk of death.
